2014年3月(yue)25日(ri)，銀盛泰(tai)集(ji)團“客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)”項(xiang)目啟(qi)動，本次的(de)客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)由第(di)三方機(ji)構——北(bei)京(jing)賽(sai)惟(wei)公(gong)司參與。任總在啟(qi)動會上指出，客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與銀盛泰(tai)的(de)核心價值觀“為客戶創(chuang)造價值”高(gao)度(du)(du)符合，要求(qiu)各(ge)部(bu)門(men)高(gao)度(du)(du)重(zhong)視，積極配(pei)合，確(que)保(bao)本次調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作成果(guo)的(de)真實性準確(que)性，為后續工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)與改(gai)進(jin)提(ti)供有力(li)的(de)保(bao)障。據悉(xi)，我集(ji)團客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)從(cong)3月(yue)底開始啟(qi)動，將持續到5月(yue)份，由北(bei)京(jing)賽(sai)惟(wei)出具滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)報告，及(ji)整(zheng)改(gai)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)計劃(hua)；各(ge)公(gong)司、部(bu)門(men)根據實際(ji)情況制定2014年度(du)(du)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)計劃(hua)；12月(yue)份前進(jin)行(xing)(xing)第(di)二次滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)，驗證(zheng)整(zheng)改(gai)計劃(hua)的(de)有效性。本次會議(yi)旨(zhi)在向各(ge)部(bu)門(men)宣(xuan)貫客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)的(de)重(zhong)大意(yi)(yi)義，進(jin)而推動銀盛泰(tai)集(ji)團客戶滿(man)意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作順(shun)利進(jin)行(xing)(xing)。
