
2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)12日十五時整,銀(yin)盛泰集團(tuan)二零一六(liu)半年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)議在青島景園假日酒店水晶(jing)大(da)廳隆(long)重舉行(xing)。集團(tuan)董事長任軍代表董事會(hui)向(xiang)全體同事作(zuo)《銀(yin)盛泰集團(tuan)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)半年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)作(zuo)報告》,對(dui)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian)(nian)的各項工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)回顧(gu)總結的同時,對(dui)集團(tuan)下半年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)作(zuo)開展思路進(jin)行(xing)安(an)排部(bu)署(shu)。

隨后,任總(zong)(zong)(zong)對(dui)集團(tuan)2016年(nian)(nian)半(ban)(ban)年(nian)(nian)度工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進行(xing)總(zong)(zong)(zong)結,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總(zong)(zong)(zong)結圍(wei)繞集團(tuan)上半(ban)(ban)年(nian)(nian)經營情(qing)況概述、房地產板(ban)塊(kuai)其他(ta)板(ban)塊(kuai)上半(ban)(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總(zong)(zong)(zong)結、集團(tuan)2016年(nian)(nian)下(xia)半(ban)(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點及工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路三部分展開。任總(zong)(zong)(zong)指(zhi)出:2016年(nian)(nian)初,立足集團(tuan)發展戰(zhan)略,我們(men)有(you)針對(dui)性(xing)地確立了(le)“精(jing)細(xi)管控(kong)年(nian)(nian)”的企業年(nian)(nian)號, 半(ban)(ban)年(nian)(nian)來,我們(men)緊密圍(wei)繞集團(tuan)核心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路,“精(jing)細(xi)管控(kong)、風控(kong)優(you)先、系統思考、創(chuang)新發展”;傳承文化基因,發揚工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精(jing)神;以(yi)利(li)潤(run)為導向,以(yi)機(ji)制為保障,優(you)化城市布局,落(luo)地自動(dong)運營,強化團(tuan)隊執行(xing),全力(li)以(yi)赴落(luo)地集團(tuan)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目標。
任總還指出(chu):我(wo)們(men)在為2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)作成(cheng)果感到欣喜的(de)(de)同時,不能忽(hu)視我(wo)們(men)在上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)作中所暴露出(chu)的(de)(de)短板和(he)(he)不足(zu)。下半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian),各(ge)體系(xi)、各(ge)分子公司需認真總結上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)作的(de)(de)經驗和(he)(he)問題,找(zhao)齊(qi)短板,彌補不足(zu),在2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)下半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)工(gong)作中更進一步(bu)。
會(hui)議最(zui)后,任軍董事長對2016年下(xia)半度主要經營指標(biao)和(he)工作思(si)路進(jin)行(xing)安排部(bu)署。任總指出:2016年下(xia)半年,集團上下(xia)需緊密圍繞“精細(xi)管(guan)(guan)理、風控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)優(you)先、系統思(si)考、創新發(fa)展”的核(he)心工作思(si)路,以利潤為導(dao)向,進(jin)一(yi)步夯實精細(xi)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)基(ji)礎(chu),提(ti)升自動運營水平,強化集團條線管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)區域管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),提(ti)升各部(bu)門(men)和(he)各職能(neng)(neng)的內部(bu)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)。集團各職能(neng)(neng)中(zhong)心、各分子公司,要做到有思(si)路、有措(cuo)施、有標(biao)準、有目標(biao)、有執行(xing)、有監督(du),全面落地現有管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制度,保障管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的穩定和(he)團隊的高效協作!
